Shipping Info
Shipping is currently offered within the Canada and most of the United States.
All orders are shipped from Canada via Canada Post and will switch to USPS once it has crossed the border. You can select the type of shipping at checkout, but note that shipping times are estimates as they are subject to customs, which can delay shipping. Also weather can affect shipping times and these are out of the control of Unity Colour Creations. Unity Colour Creations can not guarantee delivery times.

- When a package is shipped internationally, yes, the United States is considered international, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination.
- These charges are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost.
- These charges are the buyer’s responsibility in the event they are charged by the destination country. Unity Colour Creations does not have any responsibility on these additional charges that may apply.
- The buyer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products. By placing an international order, the buyer is responsible for abiding by their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions.
- If a product is seized and destroyed by the customs, or returned to us, we will NOT be responsible for the losses, product, or shipping refunds. It is the buyer’s responsibility to cover the shipping costs when the buyer wishes to have a second delivery attempt after the product is returned and received by us.
- Unity Colour Creations is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or delayed shipments or damaged freight by the freight carriers after they have been dispatched.
- Unity Colour Creations can not be held responsible/liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with the carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.
- Unity Colour Creations is also not responsible for any mis-delivery errors caused by the carrier, or incorrect shipping information provided by the buyer
Unity Colour Creations will attempt to ship orders within 2-3 business days of receipt of order. However, certain situations can result in increased processing times of up to 7-10 days such as new launches and sales promotions.
In the event that Unity Colour Creations releases a pre-order item, and purchases made with a pre-order item will ship once the pre-order is fulfilled. If you wish to receive the other items earlier, then you must complete two separate orders.
