Product Color Disclaimer:

We strive to ensure all photos are depicted accurately, however, due to screen settings and lighting sources, the images may be different than the product in person.  In addition, due to how pigments are manufactured there could be a colour variance per batch.  All Unity Colour Creation nail polishes are hand mixed in small batches, though a recipe is followed to ensure colour reproduction, there may be a slight variance as each ingredient is hand measured.

Thermochromatic and Photochromatic Polishes:

Unity Colour Creations may release thermochromatic (heat changing) or photochromatic (UV changing) polishes, these polishes will not retain their properties and will overtime lock into one state.  The time is varying, but these polishes should retain their abilities for at least 6-12 months from creation.  Please keep this in mind if you chose to purchase one of these polishes.

Magnetic Polishes:

Unity Colour Creations may release polishes with magnetic properties.  These polishes can be used in an unmagnetized state or magnetized to show off the magnetic effect.  The effect of the magnetized polish may disperse over time, it may not retain the exact look when it was first magnetized.  The use of a strong magnet, like a neodymium magnet is recommend.  A fridge magnet will not be strong enough.  We may at times make a magnet available  on the site for purchase, but they will not be automatically included with the polish at this time.

Staining Nails:

We can not guarantee our polishes wont stain your nails.  Nail polish can be highly pigmented which can result in nails getting stained.  This varies from person to person as our body chemistry is all different.  To help limit staining, a base coat is highly recommended.

Use of Artificial Intelligence in photos:

AI tools may be used in the editing process but only in the manners listed below:

  • Remove background objects
  • Generating background images to display the polish, ie making the polish appear to be in a forest or floating on water, etc.
